Whats on your berbuka menu? Pt 2

Okay so last week we had Nasi Beriyani Hameediyah for buka puasa. Too bad la bertique if you don't trust me tehehehe but saya berjanji apa yang ditulis didalam entry saya yang sebelum ini dan yang ini adalah yang benar dan tiada yang benar melainkan yang benar-benar belaka. So next stop is ........ banana leaf rice!!

Oklah jugak the banana leaf rice. Tapi takde la uumphh sangat for me to come back every week. Tapi biasa la, dah lapar habis jugak la nasi yang maha banyak tu. Sometimes I frightened myself remembering how much I can actually eat. tamak tak hengat muahahaha.

Ok after banana leaf rice, the menu for my next session of buka puasa is ..... BBQ!!!


Cite banyak pun tak guna, tengok jela kambing-kambing tu. Do you smell it? Can you feel the heat? Yes I know, it is so tempting. Punya la banyak kambing nak masak kami bukak sampai 3 BBQ grill. Ada ayam, ada daging, ada sausage dan lain-lain la tapi main course dia sudah pasti lah kambing =P

Anyway tamat la sudah siri "Whats on your berbuka menu" untuk season ini. Sila tunggu season hadapan pulak kalau nak tahu kesudahannya. So before I sign off, I would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a HAPPY DEEPAVALI and SELAMAT HARI RAYA AIDILFITRI. Whats on your berbuka menu? Pt 1

Yeah so I promise weggy (sebenarnya nak retaliate ggrrr..) that I'll post pictures of what Penangite would have for buka puasa. But first let me put a disclaimer that all opinion are personally mine and not related to others, so first lets go to the best Nasi Beriyani in town, Hameediyah yo!
And the main course is of cos, nasi beriyani laaa.....(before berbuka =P) uuuuhh look at those quater chicken man. Kalau datang penang wajib singgah kat Hameediyah okay.


Cuba tengok kat muka-muka ghairah mereka menunggu waktu berbuka. Tak cukup kah ekspresi muka mereka mengambarkan betapa sedapnya nasi beriyani itu?

Licin I tell you, sedap tak sedap la kan. Ni lah nasib Nasi Beriyani tadi pada pukul 7.18pm.

Param pap paa paa

As aku jalan-jalan carik makan at Pasar Ramadhan (param) Bayan Baru yesterday, I remember an incident that happen about a year ago. Yeah it was a year ago thehehe. Sial rasa lucu pulak bila aku baca balik. Anyway as you should have know (if you read the entry), I did went to param stadium Shah Alam tu for 3 straight days. What you didn't know is that I did not went there for only 3 days, but actually for almost the whole month or Ramadhan! But who am I kidding la, param stadium tu is twice bigger even if the whole param in Penang combine. Ye memang, memang param kat penang ni limited gile bab. The chances of I found what I looked for is almost next to nothing. I think I have more chances of finding a mermaid here in Penang daripada jumpa orang yang aku carik tu huhuhu =p

Anyway last week I had a argument, ok not argument, discussion with a colleague. We were chatting and suddenly she came up with the question "why do men fall easily in love with physical beauties?" which I have a slight feeling she was refering to me and the story above. Anyway as much as I hate to admit it, but yeah physical beauties is the first things that I notice but I don't think I'm the weird one isn't it? I appreciate the beautiful things in life just like every body else. Macam korang-korang perempuan jugak, korang pun nak handbag yang cantik-cantik kan? Nak kasut yang cun-cun kan? Walaupun kualiti dia tak la berapa tiptop pun. Kalau kasi handbag yang hodoh-hodoh tu mesti korang re-wrap pastu bagi kat charity kan? Hahaha ok maybe not all but I believe most of us are attracted to the beautiful things in life. Kira analoginya macam kereta la. Bile kita nampak kereta lawa kat jalan, kita jadi minat kereta tu walaupun kita tak pernah test drive kereta tu punya performance. BUT, there is a big but, like me, I only admire the physical beauty. There is a big difference between admire and in love. I admire beauty but of course when choosing love, the inner beauty plays a major part as well. Ok paham tak ?

Yesterday aku ada misi to eat nasi padang for berbuka puasa which aku consider gagal. Gagal sebab nasi padang apa kejadahnya takde dendeng daging ngan sambal kentang goreng? Terung goreng lagi la jangan tanya. Misi akan diteruskan dalam episod yang lain. To those yang tak pernah makan nasi padang, sila kembali ke pangkal jalan. Anda telah jauh terpesong. Ok until next times, selamat berbuka!
